The forms let you request information, a free assessment or a proposal. Sending a request creates no contractual obligation for either party. Any service depends on a written proposal accepted by the client.
3. Free assessment
The free assessment is an initial review of your needs based on the information provided and, if needed, a call with an engineer. It does not include technical work, which is always quoted in advance.
4. Prices and terms
The website does not show prices. Prices, timelines, response times and service levels are set out in the proposal sent to each client. Equipment lead times depend on vendors and are stated in the proposal.
5. Use of the website
You may not attempt to access restricted areas, introduce malicious code, scrape content or use the website in a way that harms its operation.
6. Governing law
Portuguese law applies.
