2. Data we collect
- Form data: name, company, job title, Portuguese VAT number, email, phone, location, number of users, services of interest, timeline and your message.
- Technical data: the page you sent the request from, campaign parameters (UTM) and browsing data collected through cookies, only with your consent when not essential (see the Cookie Policy).
- Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical browser signals to tell people from bots.

4. Retention
Data from requests that do not lead to a contract is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, such as website hosting and spam protection (Cloudflare) and email delivery (Resend), under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the European Economic Area follow the safeguards set out in the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
